You have option of Work From Home. Which is the only benefit.
Cons
They exploit their employees by making them work from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. The kind of stress you go through in the company will cause severe health issues. There will be around 1 day pay as incentive for every 4 months (quarterly). And whenever it's time for appraisal, they will change your project or corner you and put you in QIP (quality improvement programme). By showing this reason you will be never given any appraisal. There are many such cases and most of them just abscond. This shows the huge openings..... Even I am waiting for another opportunity and have to continue till that time. Since it's a new company, the people who are interested to join should know this.
