      Lack of respect for technology employees

      Pros

      Great leadership for sales team, clearly identified perks and goals for sales team, nice office on the east side. Run of the mill startup community culture items, but nothing unique and little worth mentioning.

      Cons

      Long hours, no benefits, no career opportunity as the expectation with nearly every job role currently is that someone more experienced than you will need to be brought in as the company grows, CEO talks about company affairs "openly" while hiding most dealings of the business, untalented leadership for ops department, technology staff reports to ops for some reason, results in no discernible respect for those creating and maintaining the technology that drives the business.

      Pros

      There used to be a lot of cool people that worked here. The office is in an up and coming part of the city. The building owner provides us with snacks and drinks.

      Cons

      Everyone who was with the company at the start of 2015 aside from the executive level of the company has left. There were many talented people who did amazing things for Chiron Health who got mistreated. Creative ideas have run dry. The new wave of staff are all people who are willing to fit under the untalented thumb of the companies operations leadership.

      Fun workspace, driven team

      Pros

      The Chiron office is a fun and shared working space where a mid-day pingpong tournament was part of the daily routine. All teammates that I worked with were passionate and driven to achieve one common goal. Management team had a clear product vision and openly communicated company status and goals.

      Cons

      While the open space was fun, headphones were a must-have for me. Sometimes the space was distracting with so much going on.
