      Co-workers were easy to work with and get along with.

      Cons

      The UK part of the company doesn't tell you anything about being tied to and ultimately under the Singapore company. UK "owner" is completely full of sh___! Nothing he says is ever the truth. Multiple former employees have had the salary not paid properly or in a timely fashion. They micromanage everything and then threaten you will unfair labor practices when you attempt to leave. "Training" is an utter waste of time. It's basically how to swindle your patient. Most toxic environment I have ever been part of.

      Pros

      - Free Chiropractic care (doesn't work for me as I have no underlying issues). - Other CAs have been really nice.

      Cons

      - Long hours. - Minimum wage. - 6 days a week. - Patronising management all the way to the top. - Management don't care about the staff or any suggestions they give. - No HR (so you have to talk to your boss if you have an issue with your boss) or assistance after training. I'd rate this company 0 stars if possible.

      The patients and coworkers (sometimes). Work life balance can be good.

      Cons

      All of it. Bad pay, bad management, just bad everything and also the company looks like it will be collapsing soon. No bonus, no benefits. Not worth it.
