Business outlook
Pros
They are good for upskilling their employees and have regular training days. If you're dedicated to working your way up the hospitality sector, they will support you with this. The discounted hotel stays are a great perk too!
Cons
Unless you are really passionate about hospitality, you might struggle to keep up as they expect a lot from you at times and don't really understand that it's just a job for a lot of people and not a vocation. In my experience, HR was basically non existent for anything other than recruitment.
