      A may be for a fresher but complete no for a senior

      Good opportunity to familiarise a beginner with concept of Equity Research. However, not an opportunistic environment for senior analyst.

      Cons

      You will have to complete yourself to train and learn. Do not expect any mentorship or training. Upper management is not so keen on interacting with research team.

      Consultancy Firm in disguise of Company

      Nothing.Even Free lunch is closed now.

      1.Wages in the name of salary no pf nothing mere wages. 2.Company Secretary is made to do donkey work in the field which is not even related to their field. 3.HR is totally scam and HR have no manner of talking to professionals. 4. Strict in time and 11 pm is out time. 5.All saturday full day working 6.Poor infrastructure for printing one has to run upstair n number of times,poor washrooms 7.its basically a shop type firm better join pcs firm 8.Worst to join as a Company Secretary 9.Fake appointment letter in the name of different company is given.

      Free lunch.. there is nothing good to speak about the company, be aware of the fake positive review given about the company

      Cons

      Long list, Hr are pathetic, All management is filled with family members, if your are family or by reference you get good pay, All politics, never join in HR team, you will have to deal with two people who will always put you down, never join as an HR in the company
