Most fulfilling job I've had. I can see and pinpoint exactly what I contribute to the success and growth of the company as opposed to large corporations where one might not have any affect at all.
Cons
Short-term career climbing. I am holding onto the hope that growth will lead to more opportunities but that does not seem to be something within 1 year of writing. More likely a 3-5 year timeline as the company starts to really take off.
