- Horrible systems (SAP) that are not user friendly, nor functional for a Real Estate company. This is due to it's (very) close links to Loblaw (software used to count produce is not at all the same for Real Estate). This will never change due to the Loblaw connection.
- Due to the above mentioned con, employees are forced to track financials and other projects, etc., manually (exccel). This leaves excess room for human error and makes it very difficult for reporting purposes.
- 95% of Management (Director level and up) do not have their employees best interest at heart. Most are preoccupied with elevating their own careers and struggle to lead a team.
- Benefits package is generic
- There is a bonus structure in addition to yearly raise
- Due to the constant link to Loblaw, there can be many struggles to do your job to the best of your ability as there is a constant "need to get permission" attitude
- HR is NOT a friendly department, nor are they very active in the company; with the exception of hiring, firing, pulling back on promotions, raises and unbudgeted new hires.
- No mentorship program so if you're looking to learn, this company will not be the best place.
