      Pros

      Family owned business. Very understanding and flexible. HR team are fantastic. Opportunity to experience the latest models of vehicles.

      Cons

      Poor salary/hourly rate. Expected to pay for additional uniform. Always under staffed and under appreciated. Rate of commission is low. Bonus to difficult to obtain due to monthly target increases. Lack of training from manufacturers to understand the product.
