Pros

The team is some of the sweetest and smartest people I've ever worked with.

Cons

They repeatedly hire talented people, set them up for failure, and then bully them until they either quit, cannot function in their role, or are fired. I personally went through it, I watched it happen to other writers and designers, and I found out after I was hired that my position had been occupied by 4 other very unfortunate people that they did the same to. There is no clarity in your role and you will be blamed for everything. They will switch your tasks before you've been able to complete them. They will ask you for work, and after you turn it in they will abandon it and forget you ever did it and say the work isn't done. They will put you in a catch 22, where the task is impossible or the deadline is a death sentence and if you bring this up they will say you're making excuses and threaten you with your job. It's absolute chaos. The owner of the company will ask employees to stay after work to "talk about your job"- this means sitting there while he drinks in front of you and chews you out about your job. And when you politely excuse yourself and decline to be his "chew toy," he will drag you into another session the next day to continue berating you about your job. And the day after that. And the day after that. He also offered a sober (AA sober) employee alcohol, repeatedly asking if they'd like a drink, "don't you want a drink, you know you want it" while he was chewing them out about their job for hours. I was told, "you're not drinking with us, it's starting to become an issue." The owner also sends texts to employees on the weekends that are totally unrelated to work or inappropriate in nature like asking for details of your personal life. It is very unprofessional there, borderline abusive. The owner will lie to your face and deny he said or did something if there is other people present in the room and you've brought up an issue. And there is no HR department in this company, so nobody will have your back if you bring it up to management because nobody wants to lose their jobs. There's no structure and no support. So proceed with caution!

Pros

None, but some of the other staff are okay, but no one stays long term because they're pushed away, fired or fed up.

Cons

Low pay. Boss is an unprofessional imbecile & prima donna. Do not believe those fake "good" reviews.

Deceiving CEO Destroys Coaching Culture

Pros

The company's salary structure was stable, and I had no major complaints about it.

Cons

I was initially excited to join this company due to its good reputation, but it didn't take long for me to realize that the owner is quite different from what he appears to be. He's a self-centered person who cares mainly about himself and often isn't truthful. What's particularly troubling is how he treats his clients, he makes big promises but files to follow through and frequently tries to take advantage of them. For example, he'd double-book coaches, leaving clients with less time, and pressure coaches to sell expensive packages to clients who didn't need them. The workplace is chaotic, with ever-changing rules, and the owner readily fires employees for unreasonable reasons. My overall experience was very negative, and I strongly discourage anyone, especially coaches, from considering this company.

These are a coordinated attack by one person. The positions they describe don't exist and we have had zero turnover in those departments in 5 plus years. We are a very small company. The reviews violate Glass Door Policy and should be removed. Anyone reading these would question the malice and hypocrisy in that they provide zero relevant information that is helpful to a company that cares deeply about our people, and always wanting to improve or a potential candidate applying for a position.
