      Great to Terrible

      Pros

      Very little positives left at Christensen after over a decade of service other than the people I work with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      President and COO returned after exiting the companies five years ago. Upon his return Christensen went from being family owned and treating its employees well to being an awful environment of fear, mistrust and apprehension. Mass layoffs. Removal of basic benefits. Excessive micromanagement. Etc. the list goes on.

      Pros

      They try hard to be better. They want to do things the right way by the customers and other stakeholders. The owners are nice and well meaning. They have the potential to be a great company to work for.

      Cons

      The culture is brutal. With any issues at Christensen, you must first identify the person who is the source of the issue. Then you move on to solve the issue. First you blame though. Nothing seems good enough unless it is perfect or doesn't impact anyone else.
