      Pros

      This is the worst NGO that I’ve ever seen, no pros at all.

      Cons

      - not do good for people in need, just fundraise for management benefits and self-satisfaction - bad management - no respect to employees - poor and ridiculous company culture, never change - never appreciate the contribution of employees - poor HR management, poor benefit and low salary
