Pros

I must say, you will learn how to stay prayed up to work there. And they will utilize you as a body. The pro to that, you will get to use the skills you are great at. So take advantage of the learning opportunities that are present to you. As long as it do not jeopardize your credentials. I had a great Manager, that's one reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

There are things you must stand for or you will fall into the area of unprofessionalism. I really dislike saying clicks but there are many there and if you are not in the click of fashion or jeopardizing your license then you do not belong there.

Pros

Initially the mission, but soon learned the culture does not align.

Cons

As a senior leader in this company I had a unique perspective. Company is highly unprofessional, a lot of nepotism with CEOs family secretly working throughout organization. Lack of trust and respect of workforce by leaders, micromanaging, indecisiveness, hostility, and little regard for work-life balance is common. Culture is one of constantly putting out fires because of poor hierarchy infrastructure, communications, and inexperienced leaders in positions based on personal relationships to CEO also creates lack of accountability. High turnover. Raises are also based on subjective criteria and mostly driven by like-ability or personal relationship to the CEO. This was the most unprofessional organization I was ever exposed to in my career. The faith based mission sounds good but is misleading and unfortunately leadership at the top is not versed in leadership best practices and is learning as he goes. Many unhappy people here wanting to leave and intimidated to communicate. Executive team grossly uneducated on leadership best practices, process, disregard for workforce safety during Covid, intimidation tactics, unprofessional leaders that yell, nepotism, and constant firing of people when leaders change their mind about a hire. This is NOT a best place to work. This is only a place to work as a last resort without other options.
