None. It feels unstable, and work is piling up.
Cons
There were at least 21 full time employees at the peak a year ago. I think the recent low is just 8 active full time employees after two rounds of layoffs and a lot of resignations. The brightest employees keep leaving. We lost two associate directors of engineering in a year.
