Pros

Nothing significantly good to make it a good job. Its 9-6 work, easy work for most of the part. Easygoing people.

Cons

Salary is low and the management is not accountable. There is no any bonus and incentive. Lack of accessible and accountable leadership, uneven disturbution of work and heavy favouritism comes from the head and team lead. A team lead is all time favoring her friends in the team but the management just choose to close her eyes. A lot of disorganization and confusion, things are often changed out of the blue and no communication Policies and info are inconsistent and changing across the teams. Development and career path is none existent.

Chrono24 as a company has also been sponsoring our employees to seek continuous learning externally. Pros

Good for who just want stable job

Cons

Low comp, the contribution doesn't not reflect on renumeration. always say business is growing , thank you to all of you but staff salary is not growing together. No performance bonus, incentive or double pay. Salary review is minimal can not even cover the inflation rate. Flat hierachy so no career growth too. Always tell you the company is growing and there are a lot of opportunities here so lets grow together ......... treat employee like foolish. At the end of the day it's just so discouraged in this company.

The salary review rate you mentioned is, on average, above the inflation rate and made based on the performance evaluation received from your team lead. Although we do not currently offer performance bonuses, incentives, or double pay, the salary review rate is much higher than the general market rate. We have a team that continually reviews our entire benefits package, and we are expecting to roll out some of the new plans by the end of 2022. Stay tuned for the exciting change! What’s more, we are developing a clearer company structure and aligning with offices in other locations. However, this will take time. Until then, we are focusing on supporting the personal growth of our team by providing subsidies for training and education. Our goal is to make Chrono24 one of the best employers. -Work from home policy -On time salary

Cons

- Job nature is not aligned with headquarter. - Lack of support and understanding from leader. - Communication is not transparent. The managers and leaders who hired by the new head keep receiving preferential treatment. - Habits that are destructive to team morale and undervalue the teammates. The leader seldom provides constructive feedback and discourage personal development or even tease colleagues out of the blue. - Demotivated by too much criticism and lack of Empathy. Work is never appreciated by an overly critical leader.

We have made it our goal to provide an enjoyable working environment for our talents and at the same time focus on personal development. Regarding your feedback on transparency, it is always a goal within executive leadership to filter communications back down to our teams. It is not always perfect, but we try hard at it, and we are committed to it. For example, we host regular Ask-Me-Anything sessions to allow employees at all levels to communicate with our C-levels directly and ask questions. At all our local offices, we also have regular catch-ups with all staff to ensure all the exciting news within the company is well communicated. We also encourage everyone to speak up anytime when support is needed. We care about the well-being of our team members and would like to learn more about your experience. Since you are a current team member at Chrono24, I would recommend you to come and see your local People & Culture Team to discuss these concerns in person.
