3yWe are always reflecting on the operations of our company and working on ways to improve, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback on how we could be better.
We take the personal development of each employee seriously; we offer various internal training opportunities and encourage everyone to proactively speak up about development ideas. Chrono24 as a company has also been sponsoring our employees to seek continuous learning externally. We are currently rolling out a leadership training program that will help our managers grow to be better leaders as well.
