Pros

Unfortunately, there are basically ZERO pros. While there is some remote work flexibility, this comes with major downsides in how the company treats remote employees. The benefits package is below standard, and it does little to compensate for the lack of support, poor communication, and unstable job security.

Cons

The company has a disturbing pattern of firing employees to avoid public layoffs, even after telling them they’re on track for promotions. This lack of transparency creates a toxic work environment where you can never truly feel secure. It’s also highly cliquey, with remote employees being severely neglected. Communication is poor, and you’ll often be left alone to figure out crucial processes on your own. When you do ask questions, you can expect to be either ignored or responded to in a passive-aggressive manner, making it difficult to collaborate or feel like part of the team.

Pros

Nice people around you Easy work

Cons

Data Operations Analyst job title is very disingenuous. They hire fresh college grads luring them in with promises of career growth and opportunities all around you. However, on the job you learn no transferable skills at all. There is no career advancement in this role. Beware. Your day to day will legitimately consist of clicking on pdf files. Yes clicking on numbers in pdf files all day everyday. The real job title should be Data Entry. Pay is well below market and no raises given until 1 year in (only a small percentage bump). Every other department is essentially fully remote and better pay but for some reason they force data operations to be in office 2 times a week. Extremely high turnover rate across all departments. Most people stick around for less than a year.

People are nice, work is interesting, pay is good.

Cons

Tons of tech debt, spaghetti code everywhere, extremely high turnover with no communication or opportunities to improve if you are struggling.
