Supportive colleagues overshadowed by leadership favoritism

Few good people in the company the specially gurgaon showroom not headquarters blr showroom has some really good people as well who wil support you always in terms of sales , training etc.

The Country Head’s leadership has raised serious concerns regarding favoritism and unequal treatment within the Gurgaon office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend joining the company unless you are prepared for potential instability and a lack of fair opportunities. One of the most concerning aspects of the organization is the apparent favoritism in leadership decisions. It often appeared that employees who had closer personal relationships with senior management, including socializing outside of work, received preferential treatment and greater opportunities. This created a perception that personal connections were valued more than performance, merit, or professional contribution, which negatively impacted morale and trust within the team.
