Great Staff all round, A lot of fulfilling tasks to complete and a very rewarding place to work.
Cons
Sometimes can be less about selling storage units and more about administration.

Pros
Great team to work for, very social and great dynamic. Easy to speak to/accessibility to directors because of the small team dynamic. Great for more experienced members of staff as they can dive right into the role.
Cons
Training and learning and development bit stunted but left a number of years ago. Also very small team so it's to be expected so not much of a con and the team would probably have grown since I have left.
