Pros

Honestly can't think of anything other than you'd work on different problems.

Cons

As the other reviews said you will 100% be working on eggshells, management will make you feel like you are stupid and other management are just a bunch of yes people and this trickles down. Management gets wide of anything from their people in office will try to turn employees against each other and see which side you are on.honestly not great for mental health especially for new employees. Pay is not great as mentioned point blank they will pay the bare minimum. Even advise falls on deaf ears or you are made to seem like it doesn't make sense.

Avoid for your sanity and mental health

Pros

Learnt some life lessons! There are some great people working there, just a shame management run them into the ground.

Cons

The company is run by two directors who have delusions of grandeur and treat their staff very poorly. I have personally witnessed staff being berated, belittled and disrespected in front of the team and then pushed out of the company, pay withheld and contracts cut with no warning. The company has no values and does not care about their staff nor their mental health. This review comes from my own personal experience, as well as witnessing the unacceptable treatment of others also. You are expected to work long hours, as well as weekends, with no additional pay nor time in lieu. The company seems to employee people for a short period of time, use them for their skills and knowledge and then push them out as quickly as possible. This is apparent from the extremely high staff turnover. Please avoid if you value your mental health.

Pros

You will learn a lot of red flags!

Cons

Working at Cinco Amor was a truly terrible experience. The environment was toxic and unprofessional, with a lot of bullying and exploitation of staff. The directors are seriously unstable, and dealing with them was a daily battle. They constantly badmouthed all staff members behind their backs, and were impossible to communicate with. I’ve seen staff, including those who got jobs through volunteering charities, getting yelled at while crying. Some were also paid below the legal minimum wage. They created a very inappropriate and divisive atmosphere, pitting staff against each other. A former employee have taken them to court for harassment and won. They also tend to not pay employees after they quit. They also constantly gaslighted employees, promising benefits that never materialized, and then getting mad when you followed up weeks later. Working there was embarrassing, and I regret not leaving sooner. I strongly advise against taking a job at Cinco Amor. Check out more reviews on Indeed to get the full picture.
