Pros

Flexible schedule, decent raise structure, paid time off after you have worked there a year

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. management has RIDICULOUS rules for employees that make it impossible to do your job, you are on camera constantly and they dont always use the footage how they should. Most girls that work there will try to get you fired at some point

Underwhelming and sad

Pros

Good introduction to the industry. The customers.

Cons

Poor management at store level and higher ups. The product lines are massive and while there is strict mandatory "product training", it only covers about 20% of what the store carries. Little to no engagement from higher ups. No training structure. The pay generally starts at $9.00, not competitive for the industry at all.

Unprofessional

Pros

The environment is fun and engaging.

Cons

The manager is unprofessional, the structure of the company makes it quite difficult to know who exactly is in charge, and they will fire you for no reason.
