The ceo is a sheisty businessman & changed my job description the day i accepted my offer. 99% of their employees are his family, the pay is way below the market rate. The health insurance is subpar and there is no 401K. The ceo is trying to build the plane while flying it and It almost never works out well! If you want to be completely and utterly miserable than join this company. If your mental health matters to you and you are looking for a company that supports and fosters your growth, this place is not it. I've never been a part of a bigger dumpster fire in my life! Heed the warnings and RUN!!!!!!!
