Pros

Working at Circle Cardiovascular Imaging was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. During my almost three years as HR Director, I was continually inspired by the company’s clear and meaningful mission to improve patient outcomes worldwide. Circle has built a truly collaborative, mission-driven culture where everyone works with purpose and pride. It’s the kind of environment where innovation and teamwork flourish, and where people genuinely care about making a difference in healthcare. What makes Circle exceptional is the incredible caliber of its people and leadership team. The employees are not only talented and driven, but also kind, supportive, and always willing to help each other grow. Leadership fosters an environment of trust, transparency, and empowerment, and I was proud to be part of a team that prioritized both high performance and genuine care for its employees. I’m grateful for the time I spent at Circle, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a meaningful, collaborative, and rewarding place to build their career.

Cons

Nothing significant—just be prepared to learn quickly in a fast-evolving industry.

Losing the depth of innovation

Pros

There are still a few good smart people working in a really specialized field and delivering successful products.

Cons

Pay is well below market rate. Company has lost its innovation drive from the previous CEO and owners time. New owners are driven more by money and less on novel modules development. Many good engineers either left or were let go. Management doesn't come to shop floor to speak directly with staff to understand their concerns. Employees are just a number. C-suite are working remotely.
