      Pros

      - Really friendly close knit team - Everyone helps each other - Depending on the account you're working on there's oppourtunities to travel for work - Directors are accesible - Lovely location next to the Thames - Interesting projects

      Cons

      - Working hours - 09.30-18.30 which can sometimes be longer during busy periods but as long as the work is done you can leave early to make up for it on other days

      Great job dynamic Good environment Okayish central location Beer in the office Pet Friendly Nice interior

      Cons

      Horrible salary Exploitative demand of work No extra hours worked was valued and hard work wasn't valued Any suggestion was an offense and a reason for an action plan. Any complaint regarding my machine having speed issues had to be correlated with my "lack of capacity" and no effort to replace this machine was done. Job felt that it was simply setting people up for failure given company's cut on costs in other aspects.
