      Pros

      Great working environment. Supportive leadership. Amazing team of people to work with, who have gone on to become good friends. This was my perfect introduction into working in Technical Recruitment, and has been a huge part of my last 2 years in Melbourne.

      Best team culture I've ever experienced; great colleagues & managers, inclusive & diverse, family-orientated and progressive. Wide client base with a large established network, with diverse specialisation within tech (good opportunity to learn & grow)

      Good if you are looking to get into recruitment with little experience

      Cons

      A lot of people have left the company in the last few months. The culture has dropped significantly and managers don’t seem to be taking on any feedback. Fairly small company, lack of career progression and micromanagement.
