Friendly workmates. Good company for starting a career.
Cons
Extremely low salary and increase is very rare that in my 4yrs stay in this company, I only experienced the increase ONCE. Also, the management is very toxic they have no sympathy to their employees!! Can't tell who the real boss is. No acknowledgement FROM the head also even if you did something that are commendable.

1. Can't determine who the real boss is. They're too many "boss" 2. Toxic Management. There's this girl and she's always interfering with our personal life. So unprofessional. knowing that she's part of the management. it shouldn't be like that. 3. Lack of sympathy 4. Low salary 5. No support from the leaders
