Super creative projects, strong and talented team and community. For junior/mid designers: Great place to get stuck into projects of all disciplines and learn what agency life is all about, ideal for up-and-coming designers, learning more executional skills that then develops into more project based tasks. Senior designers: opportunity to really work on and take ownership of some very creatively stimulating projects and clients, as well as mentor others.
Cons
HR resources could be improved on to make general employee management and growth more of a priority. Lack of transparency on budgets to help make creative team more aware of limitations.
