Working from home (mainly due to COVID)

Terrible leadership from company reps Egotistical owners Terrible salary's paid yet expected to do overtime with the grandiose pat on the back that the company stands for good when all it is doing is using grand money to buy unprofitable businesses and drain last drags from the barrel Toxic environment to work in No bonuses, no company perks.....they are a software company led by hardware guys who don't seem to understand the competition for talent, they act like you should be grateful for you bad salary and terrible benefits when the industry has never been better Company needs to change from the top down and get rid of the driftwood

- work-life balance is perfect but requires employees with maturity and planning. - hybrid work style gives me the freedom to work where I need to be but also a great office space to meet colleagues and plan - a true opportunity to learn. Some places will tout development, but it is capped by middle management protecting their turf. Cirdan is growing now; this is a good time to be part of the team. - friendly staff and a personable and people-first CEO.

More reality check than Cons... - squeezed resources - the opportunities are there but the pressure on staff to both maintain and progress can be at odds with itself, but this is symptomatic of any young company. - great for self-starters, probably hell for those who need an environment with prescribed duties and hands-on leadership. - pay rate is not reflective of the skills required
