The foundation is severely flawed. This is a company with little to no technical direction or strategy. They lie, cheat, deceive and throw people under the bus and think that it's perfectly OK to do so. Loyalty and sacrifice from others mean very little to senior management, operational staff are completely dispensable. Their technical solutions are generally not the best fit for the customer, usually put forth based on what will give the sales person the best commission, generally without any technical representation. A real fly by night, dump and run mentality. Hardly any training is offered and being customer facing and having to deliver these solutions is nothing short of an embarrassment. Beware.

Non supportive culture with very little to no HR present. No pay rises and culture of bullying. Been grinding through the gears for the last five years.
