A handful of the staff are great to work with and helped in winning some good work Pay is reasonably good
Cons
Poor leadership - The CEO does not own up to much Poor communication through out the company Lack of proper process Acquisitions were not thought through and not well organised Staff has to deal with the consequences for internal mistakes and politics at the management level Quite amateur in their dealings with customers and staff below senior management level
