Pros

Looks good at start ...plenty of promises.... seems to be a good to work for at the interview stage... OK - for first week or two you might think it is fine.... Another - from the perspective of this board - is that company reads reviews in here and in response to two negative feedbacks there is a positive one... don't allow to be mislead by this...

Cons

Everything else... I've work for this company for over a year, hoping it will get better. It never had! I've been asking for things which have never happened. Legacy way of management which produces legacy system, full of bugs which are just covered from clients! Good sales people there though, as it takes skills to sell crap item pretending to be something sophisticated.

Flexible, great timings, 28 days holidays, some ppl are great, great location and that sums it up with the only pros

Cons

Horrible management attitude, no job growth, no employee retention, blame culture, no skill development, bullying culture, why join such a place

Pros

Great working environment. People are very nice and ready to help and guide if needed. You will feel sense of family and also senior managers are all very approachable. Really flexible working hours Great opportunities to learn different programming languages and great clients portfolio, including well-known companies. Overall they're a very genuine company and strive to do better every day.

Cons

Because the size of the company, deadlines can be very demanding. Frequent and last minute changes in direction for high priority projects Work on legacy code still required .. but I guess it's a common problem in companies that develop their own products Career progression is limited
