CITADEL is a great place to work, offering opportunities for growth and the flexibility to pursue initiatives you propose, as long as they are seen as beneficial by management.
Cons
The workplace culture has significant room for improvement, with many of the underlying issues unfortunately stemming from within the HR department, where a healthy culture should ideally be modeled.
