Their sales are really weak in the US. As for any small consulting firm, sales revenues drive the company 100%. They do not have aggressive sales people that can generate a few additional million each year in revenue. They look to their staff for sales, and it can put some pressure on the consultants. They have their favorites, and some of the employees can feel very unwelcome. The consulting teams tend to work in cliques and this can result in brain drain. Most of their engagements tend to be clerical/administrative and not very innovative. It might be part of their business model. They also lack good internal processes - whether it be engagement frameworks or HR. When there is a situation, there is no expert.
