Pros
Generally, a fantastic place to work - Work is varied and challenging, offering plenty of opportunity to make a difference on interesting projects - Emphasis is put on the quality of deliverables and "making the client look good" which ensures a satisfied customer base - The staff selection process is very strict meaning the vast majority of the workforce are smart and motivated - a cut above the average which adds to attraction - Despite impressive growth the company still manages to maintain a close-knit and intimate feel - Staff are well supported by partners and peers whilst out on client engagements - Good social life with monthly and annual social activities, some open to partners and families - Although not quite up to the salaries at some of our clients, the compensation package is very competitive
Cons
- Although there are active plans to address regional variations, some do still exist and work may not be as interesting for staff outside of the UK - Being a small company with a fairly flat structure, the opportunities for structured career development can feel a little limited - if doing satisfying work isn't sufficient then this may not be for you - Core focus continues to be on Financial Services which has a badly tainted reputation these days (bankers rate lower than traffic wardens and war criminals in most polls) and can't boast to be at the cutting edge of technology anymore either. - General staff are not offered share options
