Pros
If you wish to while away your days and simply earn money by sitting around, this would be the best place... The founders dont even come to office on 99% of the days. You can have the best job-cation of your life. Since there is no vision in any corner of the company, opportunists can thrive here. Even they don't know what they are doing and why. The business model was the only good thing, but I think even that is borrowed from elsewhere.
Cons
Goodwill is not in their dictionary. I worked there for more than a year loyally. They still took revenge on me when I left the company. They took revenge on all employees who spoke up. Either fired them or didn't pay salaries. I had to pay them back one month salary while leaving, they threatened that they will serve a legal notice otherwise. They called up my current company and threatened to serve a legal notice to them as well if I get employed there. Employees are like "Flies" to them who can be put off with a mosquito bat. Every bit about the founders is true. Treated everyone badly I made the decision to leave when I found out from the Operations Team that the waste was getting dumped in a lake, contrary to the very ideals that these people promote. Cheated the investors with false data, Cheated customers by promising tracking, data collection, feedback on their waste for High Subscription Fees and then providing sub standard services, even polluting the environment. Collectors are not even in their control. We made phone calls under fake names to the residents of apartments to collect their waste data I am forced to give One rating as that's the lowest. Would rate in negative.
