      Executive management were very personable and approachable. Great benefits. Great people to work with. Solid and defined culture.

      Advancement is dependent on years of service, not merit.

      The pros would be flexible schedule and the work is not difficult. Able to meet lots of new peoeple

      Hardly any room for advancement and raises. Once you are in this position then you are usually stuck.
