      You will trama bond with your coworkers.

      Cons

      The music is always blasting to the point you cannot focus. The ceo is always demanding and telling everyone how unprofessional they are. There have been many ethical violations in this place that they will always sweep under the rug because “Well that’s just Dennis”. If you’re not familiar Dennis is the CEO. There is always an excuse for his behavior. When I resigned from my position I (a woman) was cornered alone in my office by him and threatened for turning in my two weeks notice when I had another opportunity offered to me.

      They need people so you can negotiate what you want.

      Cons

      Micromanage, have to have tons of meetings, don’t even get to touch your job for 2-3 weeks because of all the onboarding stuff. Very toxic, nothing is confidential, even with HR. They require you to have monthly meetings on top of weekly, be part of a book club and do all of this excessive stuff I’ve never seen any other employer do!! They can’t keep people, turnover is very high!!

      Amazing co-workers, supportive team members, very involved in the community

      Cons

      CEO is over-involved in everything. Lack of trust around you in doing the job you were hired to do. Direct supervisor is not qualified and our department had to explain everything to her. You will be required to be involved in activities outside of work without pay, if you don't you will be punished.
