Pros

They treat you as if you are family! There are several programs in place that go above and beyond a normal workplaces to show how much they are invested in their employees and their company. The Wellness program, referral program and fun employee events all topped with great benefits are just a few of the major highlights. They are invested in the community and encourage you to volunteer and give back. There are many opportunities to volunteer on bank time and programs in place to allow employees to give back. I cannot say enough great things about this company and what they do to go above and beyond for their employees and the communities in which they serve!

Cons

None I can think of.

Pros

Great co-workers, hours were reasonable, vacation and holiday pay a plus. Wellness program great and Hope fund was a blessing.

Cons

Employees were not appreciated or noticed by upper management. HR department was filled with rude and tacky employees. Not a lot of room for advancement unless you knew the "right" people. Safety was not a concern when weather was bad ie: snowy or icy roads. Customers were many times treated better than employees. They use to be a Christian based company but now seems to be all about greed and money. Many veteran employees are being kicked to the curb! Policies were not implemented on everyone fairly. If you were liked, you could get away with things, if not, expect to be written up. Some employees had up to 5 write ups and were still employed when supposed policy stated 3 and your gone.....again goes back to who you know.
