Pros
Individual production team besides “supervisor” were great and had great sportsmanship
Cons
There’s a lot toxicity between management and employees. Open communication is encouraged but then completely disregarded so employees aren’t respected. There’s was also a lot of childlike behavior and “pointing the blame” on specific individuals rather than discussing to find solutions.

Pros
Exposure to genius at work. Friendly manager. A very small staff with a very "close" company culture.Central location with easy access to the A, C + E trains.
Cons
Not great communication from the management about direction of the company. Low pay. Shop is in the basement and the kitchen is tucked far in the back out of sight line of the front of the shop, which makes it a little unnerving to work alone.
