Would not recommend chancing your career
Pros
quick hiring process, pressured to leave gainful employment
Cons
I took a lateral move with city experiences and it was the most unprofessional company I've been involved with in 10 years of my professional career. I was pressured to leave my current position to start my position with City Experiences on the road. My first day on the job was at a client on site in another state. I did not receive onboarding documents or training prior to meeting my direct report at the clients place of business. After completing the project, I returned back to be told to work from home for the next week, still with no formal training or onboarding. The following Monday I was fired over the phone with no HR present. Reason for termination was cited as lack of preparation and lack of professionalism. I had to make multiple requests to speak with HR to obtain additional information on the grounds of my termination. The company did nothing for me in terms of severance. Long story short I left gainful employment to pursue a career with city experiences via a job recruiter. Not only were my grounds for termination questionable but the whole situation was handled incredibly unprofessional. I would be weary of taking a position with this company especially in an at-will state.
