Large freedom in choosing your working hours and great team members.
Cons
Being the job completely remote, sometimes solving specific tasks may be complicated and take too much time.

Pros
It's a small company, so your opinions matter and get taken into account, and you get to do more than your job description, so you build experience very quickly. You also get the flexibility to travel and work from where you are as long as you deliver what you're expected to.
Cons
It's a travel business so if anything like COVID or anything that disrupts travel hits, then it is vulnerable
