Pros
I've been working for Citywide Group for almost 6 months now and I can say that this is the best work environment that I've ever been to. It makes all the difference when I wake up in the morning and get ready to come to work. I know I'm going to be surrounded with amazing people, motivated team, and inspiring leaders. What I like most about working here is there's no micromanaging, everyone is aware of their role and they get the job done. The benefits are really good as well, it includes family members for multiple types of coverage.
Cons
The group of companies has be growing so fast that sometimes it lacks organization to keep up with the demand. However, there are many people working to make this better and I'm sure it's just a matter of time to get all everything aligned.
