Pros
On the ground staff, front line managers and clients were fantastic.
Cons
Staff constantly leave suddenly, even whole teams with minimal notice. Ethical and well regarded staff removed suddenly. Bullying at top levels leads to people being encouraged out on a whim if they are disliked or challenge the status quo. Highly paid executives while pay grades at the bottom stay the same. Very top heavy and strategy plays out eratically. Do your due diligence before leaving a stable job to work here.
