      looks good during interview and the company initial impression looks alright if you are not aware its good there is glassdoor now to rate a company / employer

      Cons

      Worst company i ever work in my career, CIVICA-AUSTRALIA-HEALTH. NO career growth, poor management, control freak manager, you will work like a slave, very unprofessional and they will turn you into a freaking monster like them, no life, just work work work
