      Pros

      Friendly co-workers. Morning shift. Friendly HR.

      Cons

      New management appears to be heavily focused on cost-cutting. Many tools and systems are outdated or limited to free versions. There is little willingness to invest in better tools or process improvements. Management often avoids taking accountability for operational issues. Compensation is not competitive compared to similar roles. Annual salary increases are very low, exactly 1%. Career growth and promotion opportunities are limited. Employee feedback is not always acted on or taken seriously. Workloads can increase without proper support, resources, or compensation adjustments. Processes can feel inefficient due to a lack of updated systems and clear ownership.

      Pros

      Civicom has the benefit of a "small company" feel but with a global footprint. Management team is engaged and accessible. Firm is providing cutting edge AI-enable products to financial and health-care clients. Very unique culture, with emphasis on providing amazing customer value, always improving, and doing the right thing. For example, 10% of the company's profits are donated to charity.

      Cons

      Employees are spread out across 4-5 different locations in the U.S. so the home office is fairly small.
