      Pros

      Cushy, but you still get a pretty good "bare minimum" of stimulus and things to do so it's not completely nothing. Depending on how you take it and which project you get, can get pretty exciting, but only sometimes.

      Might be a bit too low-energy and low-stakes for those looking for more ambitious goals.

      Management is not sure where they are heading. Also, forget getting your pay on time ever. Very uncertain place to work with too much internal politics.
