Pros

During the busy season (fall-winter-early spring), it's a decent restaurant with decent clientele and tips (most of the time). Most coworkers are fun to be around and start to feel like a family.

Cons

It's a VERY corporate restaurant that micromanages down to the very last detail, including how you say "hello" to a table. The politics are a bit too much to handle for a restaurant job. Management treats employees poorly and rate good servers based on how many loyalty program cards they can sell to tables, rather than on actual ability to serve well.

Pros

Nothing expect nice co-workers not including management

Cons

Everything. Run away, don't waste your time. Landry's is a joke and scam, stealing from employees and customer.
