Pros

Great Northern Michigan organization. Great people to work with. If you like a hometown vibe and working to support student education this is the place for you. There are some good non monetary perks.

Cons

You will be underpaid due to government funding constraints. There is a glass ceiling. Most people in this organization are overworked and underpaid. Pay is really not up to industry standards.

reasonable employer, and work 40 hours a week

Cons

The organizational system they use to keep in touch with employees is terrible, and the management was very uninterested, and unaware of frontline employee feedback.
