You will be underpaid due to government funding constraints. There is a glass ceiling. Most people in this organization are overworked and underpaid. Pay is really not up to industry standards.

Small enough to get to know fellow staff. Great people with awesome work ethic and work environment.

Top heavy. A few too many cheifs.
