Clare V has one of the most toxic work environments I've ever encountered. They play favorites and if you aren't white and instagram ready at all times, you're not one of the ones they care about. Made us work through our lunches and holidays - also never got paid for working during the holidays. Clare couldn't care less about anyone there except her little crew. It feels very high school and clicky. If you aren't one of the cool ones, you don't exist. No room for growth, they only care about how they look on instagram.... which is very white. Oh sorry they hired ONE poc model after last years events. This company is completely fake and has so many problems from the inside. This is a cult environment and I'm glad I'm finally out.
