      Toxic Work Culture & Unempathetic Micromanagers

      Pros

      - Maybe a good place for junior engineers. But be ready to deal with micromanagement. - Code quality is not so great but they picked a tarpit problem.

      Cons

      - Founders & C-Level lack alignment across product & engineering. - A ton of micromanagement that leds to no idea how to manage teams. - False expectations during hiring and acutal work. - They really lack trusting their employees often micromanage interactions. - Even after an expensive offsite, they lack a clear vision for the company.

      1. Daydreaming most of the time and no clear vision for the company 2. No idea how to manage teams 3. False expectations while hiring and changing job descriptions later 4. Favouritism Overall a toxic environment to work at and would prefer to stay away from here.

Lack of trust on employees 5. No clear vision for the company Overall a toxic environment to work at and would prefer to stay away from here.
